Many of which we would never associate with the fluctuating hormones in our bodies.

Logging your symptoms throughout the course of at least a month can help to identify patterns and behaviours that you may be experiencing at this time.

Menopause can be a time of many changes in our bodies and our minds. It can feel like a very lonely and sometimes dark place to be.

Know that menopause is also just a transition, that when managed effectively can lead to a place of clarity, joy and hope. In Japan they call it the Second Spring.

To manage and support yourself at this time it is important to look at a Holistic ( whole body ) approach. There is not one magic pill but rather a toolkit of ways that will help support you on your journey.
